SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to join Control’s communication team.

You will be responsible for growing our audience and improving the quality of our content. You will join and work alongside the communication team to help make the most of creative ideas.

Passion for music, an intuitive understanding of audience needs, and social media channels are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning and posting social media content across our channels;
Liaising with our community and replying to customer messages;
Copywriting;
Shooting quality videos for Instagram Reels;
Planning and executing exciting storytelling content for digital channels with a good understanding of social media content, what works and why;
Following, analyzing and reporting results;
Posting real-time content on social media from live concerts and parties three to four times per week;
Supporting your teammates on rapid-fire requests and tight timelines while keeping a relaxed and proactive attitude;
Following social trends and conversations and looking for innovative ways to produce forward-thinking content.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years experience in social media and content management role;
Deep knowledge of the music scene and communities;
Ability to develop content that is appealing to the target audience;
Excellent copywriting skills;
Experience with Photoshop or other similar tools is a plus;
Experience with video editing software.
An excellent problem solver, especially in a fast-paced environment
Highly detail-oriented.
Creative mindset to generate innovative ideas
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
