Roda de Hombres: eight musicians from six different cultures will sit in a circle and play together without knowing one another. Eight men, seemingly strangers, they are actually brothers bound by primal rhythm.
This is an invitation to dive deeply into the vital, spiritual fire of masculine essence, the one that radiates and fades, the loud and the whispered.
Let us prepare our minds and clench our fists. Man is the sun, the sky, the unyielding backbone. Men’s music carves mountains and forges empires, conquers the horizon and protects the flame. A fully masculine roda can feel like a rite of initiation. The energy of the music played by our warriors is an eruption, sometimes gentle, sometimes unleashed. It will be volcanic.
